Prompts
Prompts are useful for giving the recipient of the message scripted
responses, so that they may respond with a single click instead of having to use
the keyboard.
How It Works
1. The user who wishes to send the prompt clicks the "Prompt" button in the lower right-hand corner of the Main
Window. See figure 1.

2. A prompt dialog box will be displayed. First the
recipient's name will need to be selected from the "Recipient" drop down box. Secondly, a message
will need to be typed in the
"Question" box. Next, up to four scripted responses are entered. Each
response will appear as a button for the recipient to click. Finally,
the "Send" button is clicked to send the prompt. See figure 2.

3. The recipient will receive a prompt window similar to the one shown
in figure 3. If they have audio enabled, they will hear a phone ringing
sound. Once the recipient clicks a button, their response will be sent
back to the sender.
